Our Service Process

From the moment you arrive to when you drive away, here's what you can expect at Auto Repair Sale.

1

Initial Inspection

When your vehicle arrives, we carry out a visual check covering tyres, fluid levels, lights, and obvious signs of wear or damage. This gives us a starting point before any deeper work.

2

Diagnostics

For any fault codes, warning lights, or performance concerns, we connect our diagnostic equipment to read stored data and assess the vehicle systems involved.

3

Estimate & Approval

Before any work begins, we explain what we've found and provide a clear estimate. Nothing is started without your agreement — that's a straightforward commitment we keep with every customer.

4

Repair Work

Our mechanics carry out the agreed service using quality parts. We work methodically and take care not to disturb systems that aren't relevant to the job.

5

Road Test & Handover

Once work is complete, we test the vehicle and verify the repair before handing it back. We explain what was done and flag anything worth keeping an eye on in future.

Common Questions

Answers to the things customers ask us most often.

While we do accept walk-in enquiries, booking in advance helps us prepare and reduces waiting time for you. You can call us, email, or use the contact form on our website to schedule a visit.
No. We provide a clear estimate before any work begins, and we wait for your approval before proceeding. If something unexpected comes up during a repair, we'll stop and discuss it with you before going further.
We work on most passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. We handle a wide range of European and international brands. If you're unsure whether we can help with your specific vehicle, feel free to call us and ask.
It depends on what's involved. A routine oil change takes about an hour, while a brake inspection or engine diagnostic can take anywhere from one to three hours. For more involved repairs, we'll give you a time estimate at the point of booking or inspection.
Our diagnostic equipment reads fault codes stored in your vehicle's ECU and accesses live sensor data. This covers engine performance, emissions systems, transmission, ABS, and other electronic systems depending on the vehicle. It doesn't replace a physical inspection, but it gives us detailed, accurate information to work from.
We use quality components that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. For some vehicles and situations, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts make most sense; for others, quality aftermarket components are perfectly suitable. We'll explain the options and let you decide.
